Welcome to WomanCharmer. By accessing or using our website womancharmer.com and placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Us

This website is owned and operated by WomanCharmer, a print-on-demand apparel store.

By using our website or placing an order, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Products & Orders

All products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, our trusted print-on-demand production and shipping partner.
Product descriptions, images, and colors are displayed as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to monitor settings or production processes — these are not considered defects.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, address, email) is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases where we suspect fraud, misuse, or an error in pricing.
Once an order has been submitted and sent to Printful for production, it cannot be modified or cancelled, as production begins promptly.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your payment details.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Customers outside the US may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their local government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. WomanCharmer has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

4. Fulfillment & Shipping

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Estimated shipping times are 3–14 business days, depending on the destination country and carrier.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, or high seasonal demand. These are outside of our control.

WomanCharmer is not responsible for:

Delivery failures or delays caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer
Packages held, delayed, or seized by customs
Carrier-related delays beyond our control

If a package is returned to Printful due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our full return and refund terms are outlined in our dedicated Return & Refund Policy. In summary:

Claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product, with photo evidence.
Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size issues unless agreed upon at our discretion.
Approved refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on womancharmer.com — including but not limited to logos, graphics, product designs, text, and branding — is the property of WomanCharmer unless otherwise credited.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Submit false or misleading information

8. Limitation of Liability

WomanCharmer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.
Our maximum liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services (including PayPal or Printful) once an order has been properly submitted.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with our support team at [email protected].
Customers may also seek resolution through PayPal’s Buyer Protection Program where applicable.
