1. Fulfillment & Shipping Times

  • Orders are fulfilled by our partner Printful.
  • Fulfillment usually takes 2–5 business days.
  • Shipping takes approximately 3–14 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high seasonal demand.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense, and a replacement will be sent.

3. Lost Packages

  • For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • If tracking confirms non-delivery, we will provide a replacement at no cost.

4. Wrong Address

  • If a customer provides an incorrect or insufficient address, the shipment may be returned to Printful’s facility.
  • The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs once a valid address is confirmed.

5. Unclaimed Shipments

  • Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful and may be donated to charity after 30 days.
  • The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for face masks or other sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery.

7. Buyer’s Remorse & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., if you change your mind).
  • Size exchanges or returns are only offered at our discretion. If accepted, the customer will need to place a new order at their own expense.

8. EU Consumers

  • Under Article 16(c) and (e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:
    1. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
    2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

9. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal) within 7–10 business days.

10. How to Submit a Claim

  • To request a return, replacement, or refund, customers must email [email protected] with:
    1. The order number.
    2. A description of the issue.
    3. Photographic evidence (if applicable).

11. Disputes

  • This policy is governed by the laws of Morocco.
  • Customers also retain the right to seek resolution through PayPal’s Buyer Protection Program if applicable.
