We want you to love every order from WomanCharmer. Because all our products are custom-made on demand through Printful, our return and refund process is slightly different from traditional retail. Please read the terms below carefully.
1. Our Commitment to You
We stand fully behind the quality of our products. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we will make it right at no cost to you.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives with any of the following issues, you are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund:
- Misprinted or incorrect design
- Manufacturing defect
- Damaged during shipping
- Wrong item received
To submit a claim:
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photo evidence of the defect or damage
Once reviewed and approved, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
3. Lost Packages
- If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or confirms non-delivery, your package may be considered lost.
- Claims for lost packages must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- If confirmed lost, we will ship a free replacement at no cost to you.
4. Wrong Address Provided by Customer
- If a package is returned to Printful due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
- Please carefully verify your shipping address before placing your order.
5. Unclaimed Shipments
- If a package is unclaimed or refused at delivery and returned to Printful’s facility, it may be donated to charity after 30 days.
- The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs if they wish to receive the order.
6. Buyer’s Remorse
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse (e.g., you changed your mind, no longer want the item, or ordered the wrong size).
- Since every product is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to resell returned items.
7. Size Exchanges
- We do not offer automatic size exchanges.
- In exceptional cases, exchanges may be considered at our sole discretion. If approved, the customer will need to place a new order at their own expense.
- We strongly recommend consulting the size guide on each product page before ordering.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once unsealed or used:
- Face masks
- Sealed personal goods
9. EU Consumers — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (which applies to all our print-on-demand products)
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery
10. Refund Method & Timeline
- All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal).
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
11. Disputes
- This policy is governed by the laws of Morocco.
- Customers also retain the right to seek resolution through PayPal’s Buyer Protection Program where applicable.
- For any unresolved issues, please contact us directly — we are always willing to find a fair solution.
