At WomanCharmer, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping terms below so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.


1. How We Fulfill Orders

All orders are produced and shipped by Printful, our trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Every item is made specifically for you at the time of your order — this ensures the highest quality and eliminates waste.


2. Fulfillment Time

  • Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), fulfillment may take slightly longer.
  • Fulfillment time is separate from shipping time — your total wait time is fulfillment + shipping.

3. Shipping Times

Once your order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier, and customs processing.


4. Shipping Carriers

Printful ships with trusted carriers including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and DPD, depending on your location and the product ordered. The carrier is selected automatically at the time of fulfillment.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your package at any time via our Track Your Order page.


6. Shipping Delays

WomanCharmer is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance or import inspections
  • Carrier disruptions, strikes, or weather events
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • High-demand seasonal periods

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • WomanCharmer ships internationally from Printful’s global fulfillment centers.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes depending on your country.
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over them and cannot predict their amount.
  • We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

8. Wrong Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to Printful, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
  • Address corrections after an order is placed cannot be guaranteed, as production begins quickly.

9. Unclaimed Packages

  • Packages that are unclaimed or refused at delivery will be returned to Printful’s facility.
  • Unclaimed items may be donated to charity after 30 days.
  • The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs if they wish to receive the order again.
